SOLIHULL Moors defender Marcel Oakley has signed a contract extension to remain with the club until the end of the 2024/25 season.
Oakley made an immediate impact after joining Moors at the start of October, scoring an injury-time against Oldham Athletic in a 3-2 victory.
The 22-year-old has become a key player for Andy Whing’s side, making 12 starts in all competitions.
Oakley made eight senior appearances for Birmingham City before departing Blues at the end of the 2023/24 season.
He previously spent time on loan with Scottish sides Arbroath and Queen’s Park.
