Hunt for man suspected of sexual offences in Chelmsley Wood launched

A HUNT for a man who is suspected of five sexual offences in Chelmsley Wood is under way.

Over a two week period, starting Saturday, December 13 and ending on Sunday, December 27 a suspect pestered an 80-year-old woman by knocking on her door and making sexual gestures through the window. He returned on January 20 and acted in the same manner.

On two occasions (December 8 and 13 January 13) a man sexually exposed himself in the direction of passing women (aged 70 and 52 respectively) and committed an indecent act in the alleyway that connects Dunster Road and Ludlow close.

On December 16 a man exposed himself to a 65-year-old woman at a bus stop on Dunster Road.




He is described as a white, in his 20s, with a large build and around 5ft 6ins to 5ft 7ins tall. He is usually wearing a dark green parka style coat with a fur hood.
