LIAM Delves heads to Cheshire for round nine of the Bennett’s British Superbike Championship when the series returns at Oulton Park this weekend.
The 22-year-old Solihull rider last rode at Oulton Park in May, in just his second race on the Superbike, in wet conditions.
Delves has improved greatly since then on the Rapid Training Rapid CDH Racing Kawasaki fueled by Cheshire Mouldings and Woodturnings.
And he has also had an operation to help with the arm pump he was suffering from in his last race at Oulton Park and is relishing the chance at conquering the fast and technical course.
This weekend’s timetable
Friday – Free practice 12.30pm and 3.40pm
Saturday – Free practice 9.10am, qualifying 10.50am, Sprint race over 14 laps 4.15pm
Sunday – warm-up 12noon, Race two 18 laps 1.50pm, race three 18 laps 4.45pm
