TEENAGE driver Harrison Morrow completed a successful test drive at Brands Hatch ahead of making his Formula Ford racing debut.
The 16-year-old from Solihull test drove a Formula Ford 1600 at Donington Park last month.
And Morrow impressed in another Formula Ford test event ahead of his debut in the United Formula Ford series with TM Racing.
The teenager overcame pedal set up issues in the first session to impress in a busier second session at Brands Hatch.
Morrow quickly found his rhythm and posted competitive lap times despite being unfamiliar with the track.
However, the session was cut short after one of Morrow’s teammates was red-flagged due to a crash.
He picked up where he left off in the third session only for the car to suffer from engine issues.
TM Racing’s driver coach, Tim Cogman said: “Harrison exceeded all expectations.
“A very productive day, he is ready far sooner than I expected.”
Morrow will make his United Formula Ford series debut on Saturday, August 23 at Donington Park.
