She has achieved this feat competing at English, national, British, European and world open tournaments at home and abroad.
Kaur only started competing in the sport in October 2022.
She has won gold medals in every discipline associated with the sport
This includes light contact, full contact, K-1, point fighting, sport boxing and low kick (ring and mats) disciplines.
She has fought under various different governing bodies including the WKU, WMAC, WKO, WUMA, ICO, ISKA, WMO, WTKA, WFMC and various others.
Kaur won the best fighter of 2024 award when she became a seven-discipline grand champion last year.
