SOLIHULL Vixens saw their 17-game unbeaten run come to an end after they were beaten 5-0 at home by a well-organised Queen Bees side.
Vixens had already beaten Bees three times during the season but were left stung by their opponents on home ice.
The Bees scored right at the end of the first period to double their lead before a further two goals in the second period put the visitors firmly in command.
Despite Vixens best efforts, Bees added a fifth goal in the third period with Solihull now looking to regroup ahead of a trip to Hull to face Kingston Diamonds in their penultimate game of the season.
