SOLIHULL Moors have announced the signing of defender Kade Craig following a successful trial period with the club subject to League and FA Approval.
Craig has signed a two-year deal with Moors after impressing head coach Andy Whing during pre-season.
The 20-year-old primarily operates on the left side of defence.
Whing said: “I’m really pleased, he’s been fantastic all pre-season. He’s played every game near enough for us.
“He gives us more balance on that side of the pitch alongside Joe Newton and Finn Howell. He’s done really well and I’m pleased to get him over the line.”
Craig rose through the ranks at Birmingham City before moving to Shrewsbury Town and signing professional terms with Salop in June 2022.
He made his only League One start for Shrewsbury towards the end of last season, playing the full 90 minutes as Salop lost 2-1 to eventual champions Plymouth Argyle.
