KNOWLE return to action in the Saturday Vase tonight after their weekend game against Fairfield Villa was called off.
The Robins face DSC United in the third round of the Saturday Vase tonight at the Trevor Brown Memorial Ground with kick-off at 7.45pm.
And the game is being played on the 4G pitch at Boldmere St. Michaels ground which should suit Knowle’s passing game.
DSC sit in mid-table of the Midland Football League Division Three but are just four points behind league leaders Wake Green Amateurs.
Knowle’s joint manager, Matthew Seeley said: “It is a tough draw for us. DSC are a good, passing side, and play on a good 3G pitch. It will not be an easy game for us.”
The winners of the tie will travel to AFC Somers FC of the Birmingham and District Football League Premier Division in the next round.
