KNOWLE came from behind to secure a crucial 2-1 win at Bolehall Swifts to seal a 17th successive victory in a all competitions and remain in control of the title race.

The Robins trailed to Kyle Adams’ goal only for George Seeley to equalise with a free-kick and Kartel O’Neil-Martin to complete the comeback late on at Rene Road.

And the result means Knowle sit third in the Midland Football League Division Two table two points behind leaders Sutton United with two games in hand.

However, Knowle equalised on 33 minutes when Seeley scored a sublime free-kick from the edge of the penalty area to send the teams in level at the break.

And the visitors were rewarded for a dominant second half display when O’Neil-Martin powered the ball home from 20-yards out on 74 minutes to extend their remarkable winning run.

Knowle are next in action at home to Kenilworth Sporting on Saturday, April 22 with kick-off at 3pm at the Draintech Community Ground.
