KNOWLE hope to continue their fine start to the season when they travel to bottom club Inkberrow this weekend.
The Robins claimed a hard-fought 2-0 win against Coventrians last weekend to extend their lead at the top of the Midland Football League Division Two table to two points.
The league leaders make the trip to bottom club Inkberrow with the home side having won just one of their nine league matches so far this season.
Inkberrow have also scored less goals (seven) than any other side in the division.
Knowle’s joint manager, Clive Seeley, said:”We are expecting a tough match. With their new players, they will be a decent side. I saw them against Birmingham United on Monday, and Inkberrow were not at all bad. I will be surprised if they are still the bottom club come April.”
Enrtance is £5 for adults and £3 for concessions.
Knowle’s clash against Inkberrow takes place on Saturday, September 28 with kick-off at 3pm at Sands Road.
