KNOWLE saw their 21-game unbeaten run in the league come to an end following a shock 2-1 home defeat against Littleton.
The Robins led at the break courtesy of an early goal from Odane Barnes at the Draintech Community Stadium.
However, a second-half brace from Adam Taylor stunned the home side who tasted defeat in the league for the first time this season.
The result means Knowle sit nine points clear at the top of the Midland Football League Division Two table.
However, third-placed Northfield Town have three games in-hand on the Robins with the Birmingham club 11 points further back.
Knowle dominated proceedings from the off and took the lead on nine minutes when Barnes’ shot found the net in a crowded penalty area.
The Robins were camped in Littleton’s half for the majority of the first period with the visitors unable to manage a shot on target before the break.
However, the visitors drew level on 51 minutes when a long ball caught out the Knowle defence and Taylor finished from 18-yards out.
And Littleton completed a stunning turnaround nine minutes from time as Taylor scored a carbon copy of his equaliser.
Knowle travel to Birmingham United on Saturday, February 15 with kick-off at 3pm at the Valley Stadium.
