KNOWLE Ladies will begin the season with an FA Cup first round qualifying tie against Chasetown.
The game takes place on Sunday, September 7 with kick-off at 2pm at the Draintech Community Ground.
Knowle appointed Ryan Mountford as the club’s new manager earlier this summer.
And Mountford’s first task as Robins boss is to overcame the challenge of Chasetown in the FA Cup.
Mountford said: “We are thrilled to open the season with such a high-profile match at home.
“The squad looks fantastic, and the integration of our young talent from the junior ranks is really exciting.
“We hope local supporters will come out in force to back the team – it promises to be a brilliant day of football.”
Club chairman, Stuart Lanyon added: “The club is growing stronger every year, and there are exciting opportunities for local businesses to engage with our teams and community.
“Whether that’s sponsoring our players, our matches, or our broader initiatives.”
