FOOTBALL - Free entry to Knowle's match at Inkberrow this weekend

KNOWLE continue their Midland Football League Division Two campaign away at Inkberrow this weekend with entry free for all.

The Robins were held by Solihull rivals Earlswood Town last weekend after conceding in injury time in a 2-2 draw.

Opponents Inkberrow are yet to taste victory this season with their only point coming on the opening day against early pacesetters Kenilworth Sporting.

Joint Knowle boss Matthew Seeley said: “Inkberrow are a decent side and I think they will be our toughest test so far.”

Knowle sit seventh in the table with a win and two draws from their three matches with Inkberrow down in 15th with a draw and two defeats but have scored at least two goals in all of their games.

And this weekend’s clash marks Inkberrow’s first home fixture of the campaign with the bar and cafe open throughout the afternoon.

Knowle’s game with Inkberrow takes place on Saturday, August 27 with kick-off at 3pm at the Recreation Ground on Sands Road.
