SOLIHULL Moors have confirmed the departure of assistant coach James Quinn after almost six years with the club.

Quinn played an integral role in the club’s on-field success since his arrival at the ARMCO Arena in 2018.

He helped former boss Tim Flowers guide Moors to a runners-up finish in 2018/19 before assisting Neal Ardley in Moors’ run to the Promotion Final at London Stadium in 2021/22.

Moors chairman, Darryl Eales, said: “Quinny has been at the club throughout my tenure as Chairman and I would like to thank him immensely for his commitment and dedication to the Moors.

“He is an accomplished on the grass coach and has an excellent eye for talent.

“He has contributed to the dramatically improved levels of professionalism across the first team infrastructure and has always been willing to go the extra mile on match days.

“He leaves with our grateful thanks and best wishes for the future.”
