CAMP HILL played host to two of England’s finest rugby players in Lawrence Dallaglio and Martin Bayfield when they visited the club to film an episode of BT Sports Rugby Night.
In association with Wasps Rugby Club, the Shirley team was honoured to feature a night which included some of the Wasps players holding coaching and training sessions along with interviews and analysis of the current Six Nations Championship and Aviva Premiership.
Wasps currently sit second in the league behind Exeter Chiefs, where James Freeman, a previous Camp Hill junior player, now plays for the senior team.
It was also a great night for the testicular cancer charity, The Oddballs Foundation, as the club got Bayfield to present a cheque for £1,500 to the worthwhile cause.
Camp Hill’s next home game is against Melbourne on Saturday, March 17.
