A SOLIHULL restaurant is celebrating after winning a national award.
Lavang came out on top in the Newcomer Of The Year category at the Prestige Curry Awards.
Mohan Miah, the owner of the Old Lode Lane restaurant, was delighted and over the moon to be handed the award.
The restaurant said: “The award for the newcomer of the year is a testament to the dedication of our team and the support of our cherished customers.
“The award reflects our vision and goal of serving the absolute best food. We remain committed to providing an exceptional dining experience and are deeply honoured by the recognition we’ve received.”
The Prestige Curry Awards celebrate the best restaurants and best chefs whilst also recognising the efforts of the younger generation in the industry across the country,
The panel was made up of experienced food experts and Worldchefs certified judges.
