CELEBRATIONS were in order when a Solihull care worker was handed a regional award.
Zoe Holding won the prestigious Care Coordinator Award at the Midlands regional finals of the Great British Care Awards.
Zoe, who works as a care coordinator was nominated for her extraordinary commitment and exceptional work ethic at care company Belmont @ Home.
Her colleagues describe her as the backbone of their team, highlighting her relentless pursuit of professional development for her staff.
Zoe said: “I am deeply honoured by this recognition. It’s a reflection of our collective effort to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we care for. This award is for the entire team who work tirelessly every day to provide the best possible care.”
Her work to create the Home Care Weekly Newsletter bulletin – an internal news resource – which keeps staff informed about company updates, celebrates achievements, and shares insights into customer experiences, ensuring that the entire team is aligned and informed was also highlighted.
