KNOWLE go in search of a 13th successive win this weekend when they entertain Inkberrow.

The Solihull club beat Birmingham United 2-0 in their most recent outing as the Robins remarkable winning run continued thanks to a Jack Mullen brace.

And Knowle have the advantage in the title race as they sit third in the Midland Football League Division Two table, 11 points behind leaders Sutton United with five games in hand.

However, Inkberrow are one of the few teams to take points off Knowle this season having battled to a 1-1 draw back in August.

Inkberrow are down in 11th place but did claim a thumping 7-2 win against Boldmere Sports and Social Falcons last weekend.

Robins joint manager Clive Seeley said: “Inkberrow are always difficult to beat and always a tough nut to crack.

“We shall need to be really on our mettle to secure the three points on Saturday.”

The clubhouse at the Draintech Community Ground is open for hot and cold drinks and light snacks all afternoon.

Entrance is £4 for adults and £2 for concessions.

Knowle’s clash with Inkberrow takes place on Saturday, April 1 with kick-off at 3pm at the Draintech Community Ground.
