A VEHICLE management company put their best foot forward in aid of Solihul’s Marie Curie.

Multifleet Vehicle Management raised more than £1,350 to fund for the Marsh Lane Hospice’s Men’s Shed Therapy project.

The company called on staff, their families, friends and dogs to join the 5.5km walk called “walkyourfeet”.

The project helps reduce the social isolation of people living with palliative diagnoses by encouraging them to meet with other patients.

Joanna Lees, marketing and PR manager at runyourfleet, said: “We had more than 35 employees, family, friends, suppliers and customers joining us as we started out at 11am from the Red Lion pub in Earlswood.

“We all really enjoyed walking 5.5km around the lakes and then back to the pub for a social time with family and friends.

“We want to say a massive thank you to everyone who took part in raising funds for this great project.

“We are now planning to do more walkyourfeet events for charity in 2026.”
