LOVED up couples wishing to tie the know can book their special day online.
Solihull Council has launched a new booking system that account allows couples to book their special day at any time, from anywhere, without needing to make a phone call or visit the Register Office in person.
The new system allows for dates and venues of choice can be selected and couple will receive immediate confirmation once their booking is complete.
The Council says this removes uncertainty and reduces the wait time between choosing a venue and confirming the available dates.
The new system will also send couples reminders to give notice and to complete their purchase securely online so that everything is ready for the big day.
Councillor Wazma Qais, cabinet member for Resources, said: “This new online booking process makes it easier for happy couples to plan a wedding or civil partnership in Solihull.
“Our friendly team of registrars can help make your day truly special, with the new system ensuring a fuss-free walk down the aisle and giving you the confidence to take that next big step.”
