Teenager Liam Delves to host fundraising event to announce plans for the 2017 racing season

MOTORSPORT: A BUDDING motorcyclist has arranged a fundraising event to introduce himself and announce plans for his 2017 racing season.

Liam Delves will reveal which race team he will be working with throughout the 2017 season during the night which will take place at the Crown Members Club on Hurst Lane on Friday (February 3).

A hot buffet, disco, raffle and some high profile guests will keep visitors entertained while Liam’s brand new motorcycle will be on display.

Liam said the event will bring is some much needed funds to help with the running costs during the season.




He added: “With running costs in mind we are running a raffle with all proceeds to go into my race fund.

“I am joining a very professional race team this year and will have my new bike on show for everyone to have a look at.


“I am very excited to be able to reveal the team and sign my contract during the evening and can’t wait to get out on the track to put my new steed through its paces.”

Entry costs £5, accompanied children under 15 enter for free, which includes a buffet and disco.

The event will run from 6.30pm to midnight.
