In the space of just over a year, the sisters have won a staggering 64 gold medals.
This includes 10 English Championships titles, six national titles, 25 British titles, seven European titles and 16 World Championships successes.
The sisters hit the gym every day with their family conservatory transformed into their main training base.
Spearheaded by their father as their primary coach, the sisters also benefit from the expertise and guidance of world class trainers to extract the best possible performance from their remarkable talent.
The highlight of their success saw the sisters compete in three consecutive World Championships for Great Britain and England.
They also triumphed in three different sanctioning bodies with one of the contests taking place in Greece.
And Dheep and Simran’s achievements saw them walk out on the pitch before a Solihull Moors game earlier this season where the sisters received a warm standing ovation.
