DAN Creaney’s late goal earned Solihull Moors their first home win of the season with a 1-0 victory against Brackley Town.
Creaney scored the winner nine minutes from time at Damson Park to end a run of five games without a win in the league for Moors on their home turf.
The result means Solihull sit 16th in the National League table, four points clear of the relegation zone.
After a goalless first period, Creaney eventually broke the deadlock on 81 minutes when he finished from close range following a scramble in the box.
Solihull are next in action against Woking on Tuesday, September 30 with kick-off at 7.45pm at Damson Park.
