SOLIHULL Moors have appointed Chris Millington as the club’s new manager to replace former boss Matt Taylor.
Moors sacked Taylor at the start of September following the club’s winless start to the National League season.
Caretaker boss James Quinn oversaw an upturn in form, claiming three victories to lift Moors out of the relegation zone.
Moors have now appointed Millington as the club’s new manager with Andy Cooper to take up the role of assistant manager.
The 50-year-old previously spent three years in charge of Halifax Town from 2022 to 2025.
Millington won the FA Trophy with Halifax in his first season in charge of the club.
He then guided the Shaymen to back-to-back play-off finishes as Halifax twice suffered defeat at the quarter-final stage.
