SOPHIE Noakes scored a hat-trick as Knowle Ladies romped to a 7-0 win at Sleaford Town to reach the FA Cup First Round Proper.

Noakes scored a fine treble after Demi Rolph opened and completed the scoring while Trina Greaves and Natalie Gibson also found the net at Boston Road.

Knowle broke the deadlock when Molly Hughes stopped a Sleaford counter attack before Morgan Betteridge clipped a ball into the path of Rolph who finished past the goalkeeper when one-on-one.

And the Robins doubled their lead as Noakes tapped home Rolph’s initial effort which slowed down before crossing the line from Katie Atter’s through ball.

The visitors added their third goal before the break when Greaves finished off a fine move after good work from Atter and Kate Fleming.

Knowle picked up where they left off after the break as Noakes produced a confident finish from Sam Smith’s floated pass in-behind the Sleaford defence.

And Noakes completed her treble from substitute Gibson’s pass to put the game to bed before Ella Bridges took her place on the pitch.

Bridges then teed up fellow substitute Gibson for Knowle’s sixth goal with a superb pass as the latter scored her first goal of the season.

And Rolph completed the scoring when her cross-shot from the right flew into the corner of the net.
