KNOWLE FC continue their promotion charge away at Boldmere Sports and Social Falcons this weekend.
Knowle secured a crucial 5-3 win against promotion rivals Coton Green last weekend to sit one point behind last week’s opponents in third with a game in-hand.
The Robins make the trip to Sutton Coldfield to face a Boldmere side who are just three points off the bottom in the Midland Football League Division Two table.
Their opponents have taken 19 points from 24 matches this season with 15 of those points coming at home in wins against Inkberrow, Hampton, Lane Head and Earlswood Town.
And Knowle dispatched Boldmere 4-0 back in October with Nathan Corry, Charlie Morris, Jay Payne and Kaine Williams all on target.
Robins manager Clive Seeley said: “Boldmere are much changed from the side we beat earlier in the season, I watched them recently and was impressed. Also, I understand this week they have changed their manager, so their players will be anxious to impress their new boss.”
Knowle’s clash with Boldmere takes place on Saturday, February 19 with kick-off at 3pm at Boldmere Road.
