TOM Craine scored twice to inspire 10-man Knowle to a comfortable 4-0 win against Cadbury Athletic.

Craine doubled Knowle’s lead after Jack Mullen broke the deadlock before completing the scoring in the second half at the Bournville Recreation Ground.

The Robins had Nathan Corry sent off for two bookings on the hour mark but kept their composure to seal an 11th successive victory in all competitions.

Knowle took the lead on 13 minutes when Mullen found the net following a corner before Craine extended the away side’s lead on 24 minutes with a tap in from close range.

And the Robins stretched their lead before the break when James Perry turned the ball into his own net to put Knowle in command at the interval.

However, the visitors lost Corry to a second yellow card with half an hour left to play before Knowle’s joint manager Matthew Seeley saw red after tangling with a Cadbury player on the touchline.

The Robins sealed the points on 75 minutes when Craine drew a foul in the box and stepped up to score the resulting penalty.

Knowle are next in action at home to Inkberrow on Saturday, November 4 with kick-off at 2pm at the Draintech Community Ground.
