THE Rotary Club of St Alphege Solihull organised a highly successful Young Photographer Competition for Solihull schools for the eighth year running.
This year only Alderbrook School entered but there were enough entries in both senior and intermediate categories to make it a very competitive event.
The winners were presented with certificates and shopping vouchers at a ceremony, attended by parents and shoppers, in Touchwood with Rotary president Mike Robinson and Touchwood’s Lucy Burnett.
This year the subject was Beauty of Architecture and the photos submitted by the two winners and the four highly commended entries are displayed in Touchwood.
Other schools are invited to enter the competition starting in September.
