CELEBRATIONS were in order when a Yardley solicitor was handed a national award.
Mohammed Khaliq was crowned winner of the One to Watch Conveyancer of the Year category at the fourth annual British Conveyancing Awards.
Mohammed, who works at Northwood Banks and Co in Yardley, was presented with his trophy at an event attended by over 400 property professionals in London.
In winning the award judges said Mohammed has demonstrated exceptional client service, high levels of skill, innovation in the industry, and a championing of best practice, among other strict criteria.
