A WOMAN has been arrested and weapons, drugs and cash recovered after a dawn raid in Chelmsley Wood.
West Midlands police carried out four drugs warrants around 4am on Thursday morning (March 28) at addresses in Frensham Close and Arbour Way in Chelmsley Wood.
After executing the warrants the properties were searched and weapons, cash and drugs were recovered from two addresses.
A 27-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of possession of an offensive weapon and possession with intent to supply class A drugs. She remained in police custody at the time of writing.
The enforcement carried out today was as a result of community intelligence.

“This type of crime has a devastating impact on communities and we will continue to listen and act on information to protect the communities in Solihull and bring offenders to justice.”
