A REALITY TV star from The Only Way Is Essex popped into a barber shop in Solihull for a fresh trim before jetting off to Marbella to film the next series.
Dan Edgar, who joined ITVBe’s reality show last year, stopped off at Kings Barbers Club on Solihull High Street on September 22.
Shelley, one of the senior stylists, was in charge of cutting and tidying up the star’s signature hairstyle.
Speaking to The Observer, stylist Chris Dew said: “He was such a humble guy – it was a pleasure.
“As he has never been to Solihull before, he was quick to ask a lot of questions about the area and seemed very impressed.
“He has a very iconic style and didn’t want the traditional back and sides which most of our customers ask for.”
The 26-year-old, who is notorious for his way with the ladies, was said to be extremely happy with his cut and was looking forward to heading out to Spain to start filming.
But Dan isn’t the only celebrity who has stepped foot in the Solihull barbers.
The team of barbers also claim they have set the clippers on a long-list of footballers who often stop off for a cut.
