Two charged with burglary in Solihull

SOLIHULL Police have charged two people following a burglary at a house in Kingshurst on January 2.

Jewellery was stolen along with a large number of electrical items and clothes.

A 41-year-old man and a 38-year-old woman were arrested and charged with burglary.

They were also charged with theft from a motor vehicle and theft from a shop in two further unrelated incidents.

The pair were remanded to appear before Birmingham Magistrates Court today (January 10)

Detective Insp Mark Heard from Solihull Police, said: “The Solihull Neighbourhood Crime Team continue to tackle crime that affects our local communities the most.




“The team are dedicated to make Solihull a safer place to live, work and visit.”
