TWO boys have appeared in court charged with robbery after a spate of incidents in Birmingham where teenagers have been threatened and attacked.
The boys, aged 16 and 17, were detained in connection with unrelated robberies in Erdington, Sutton Coldfield and Small Heath.
They were both charged with two counts of robbery and appeared at Birmingham Magistrates Court yesterday (Aug 16).
One boy was bailed whilst the other was remanded in a local youth care authority.
Both will appear in court again at a later date.
West Midlands police specialist robbery team have been investigating the offences and worked closely with local policing teams.
