THERE WAS triple delight for Touchwood Shopping Centre as it scooped three wins at prestigious awards ceremonies.
The Solihull-based centre took home wins for Community Initiative of the Year – Wales and The Midlands and Car Park of the Year at the 2023 Sceptre Awards, an annual celebration of excellence in shopping centre management, highlighting management teams, retailers and suppliers across the UK.
And it came out on top at the Solihull Chamber Awards 2023, securing the award for Excellence in Sales, Marketing and Communications.
Touchwood’s Wellness Retreat gained recognition, taking home the regional award for Community Initiative of the Year.
Initially a one-week project launched in support of World Mental Health Day 2022, the retreat was so well received that it is now a permanent feature at Touchwood and offers free coffee, cake, foot massages and most company for those in need of someone to talk to.
