TOUCHWOOD Solihull has been shortlisted in two categories at the Greater Birmingham Chamber of Commerce Awards 2024.
The centre is hoping for a double victory at the awards in February, having made the shortlist in the ‘Excellence in Contribution to the Community’ and ‘Excellence in Sales and Marketing’ categories.
Touchwood’s Wellness Retreat has gained recognition in the ‘Excellence in Contribution to the Community’ category.
Initially a one-week project launched in support of World Mental Health Day 2022, the retreat was so well received that it is now a permanent feature at Touchwood.
It offers free coffee, cake, foot massages and most importantly, company for those in need of someone to talk to.
The second shortlist moment for ‘Excellence in Sales and Marketing’ demonstrates Touchwood’s commitment to creating an exciting and diverse shopping and leisure destination for visitors, both locally and further afield.
In particular, Touchwood has been recognised for its events programme and the diverse guest experience that visitors can enjoy in-centre.
The Greater Birmingham Chamber of Commerce Awards recognise businesses who have gone above and beyond in the past year, making an impact in their local community.
Touchwood is hoping to continue its winning streak – earlier this year, the centre took home two Solihull Chamber of Commerce Awards, demonstrating its local impact, and one national Sceptre Award for excellence in sales, marketing and communications.
