TOUCHWOOD will be dressed to impress in time for King Charles’ coronation on Saturday (May 6).

The centre’s union jack umbrella walkway is open for visitors to marvel at, with 60 umbrellas suspended over Mill Lane Arcade.

Over the bank holiday weekend, there will be plenty for all to enjoy as street entertainer Elton Wrong is set to roam the mall with his piano delighting guests with the hits, and face painting on offer for youngsters on Friday (May 5).

The celebrations continue on Monday (May 8) with Touchwood’s Jack and Jill stilt walkers wandering the centre.

Lucy Burnett, marketing manager at Touchwood, said: “We are delighted to be hosting a range of activities at Touchwood this bank holiday weekend to celebrate the King’s Coronation.

“We have plenty on offer to keep the whole family entertained and look forward to bringing the community together to commemorate this historic event – you don’t want to miss out.”
