THE Forest Hotel in Dorridge has commissioned interior design specialists Tibbatts Abel to develop refurbishment plans for its private dining and function rooms, reception area, guest toilets, and two of its hotel suites.
The plans mark phase one of a total refurbishment for the establishment, which includes dining brand The Butcher’s Social.
This coincides with a brand redevelopment, which will feature throughout online and offline channels.
The Forest Hotel came under new ownership from local investors Russell Martin and Darryl Eales – and award winning chef Mike Bullard – in May, introducing The Butcher’s Social, an established dining brand founded 10 years ago by Mike.
This phase of the refurbishment will be complete by the beginning of December, ready for Christmas celebration events.
Other refurbishment phases will continue throughout 2022.
Adam Tibbatts, of Tibbats Abel, said: “Our design aim for The Forest Hotel was to create a real social hub for the area.
“It was our objective to create a relaxing restaurant space encompassing classic décor touches that would provide a warm, inviting environment in which to enjoy a premier private dining experience.”
