Three men arrested on suspicion of attempted kidnap in Solihull

THREE MEN have been arrested on suspicion of attempted kidnap in Solihull.

A Solihull Police spokesperson said: “We have arrested three men following reports of suspicious behaviour in Solihull.

“Two men, aged 19 and 22, have been arrested on suspicion of attempted kidnap, public order offences and possession of class B drugs.

“A 23-year-old man has also been arrested on suspicion of attempted kidnap.




“The arrests were made following several reported incidents of suspicious behaviour between April 10 and 11, where women were said to have been approached by men in a car in Castle Bromwich and Chelmsley Wood.

“At this stage we are keeping an open mind as to what has taken place and would encourage anyone with information on similar incidents to get in touch on 101 quoting log 2322 11/4.
