THREE men and a teenage boy are to be charged in connection with a motorbike theft.
They have been sent postal requisitions to attend Warwickshire Magistrates’ Court on Monday October 12.
It follows an incident in Bridgefoot, Stratford at around 4pm on June 2.
A 17-year-old boy from Stoke-on-Trent and a 20-year-old and 21-year-old both from Birmingham will face charges of theft of a motor vehicle, attempted theft of a motor vehicle, aggravated vehicle taking and dangerous driving.
A 23-year-old man from Solihull will face charges of theft of a motor vehicle, attempted theft of a motor vehicle and dangerous driving.
