RESIDENTS at Briarscroft Residential Care Home will be celebrating National Pie Week thanks to staff at Jack’s supermarket.
The store, on Timberley Lane, Castle Bromwich, donated a hamper of pies, potatoes and vegetables to Briarscroft Residential Care Home.
The hamper will provide a tasty meal for residents at the Packington Avenue home to enjoy during National Pie Week.
Store manager Laura Cerrone said: “We are proud to be a part of the Castle Bromwich community and want to help out wherever we can.
“The donations to Briarscroft Residential Care Home are just a little something to put a smile on the residents faces.
“What’s more, all of our pies are made in Britain, using produce sourced from local suppliers around the country.”
