FITNESS fanatics are being called upon to pull on their running shoes and take part in the 39th annual Knowle Fun Run.
At this year’s Knowle and Dorridge Lions organised event on May 19, runners of all ages will be able to choose between completing the 5k or 10k course which will start and end at Arden Academy.
There is also the junior race for those those aged under 14.
This year organisers are hoping runners will raise as much as they can for Age UK Solihull and Meningitis NOW.
There will be separate individual competition for the 5k and 10k runs as well as an individual junior competition and three team competitions – junior, any age 5k and any age 10k.
Knowle and Dorridge Lions is also on the hunt for 200 volunteers to help out on the day.
