SOLIHULL banking customers have been thanked for their donations to help sick children.
Throughout December Solihull Metro Bank raised £1,760.05 for Acorns Children’s Hospice through its Magic Money campaign.
Customers, colleagues and visitors to the Solihull store donated via the in-store coin counter Magic Money Machine or via cashless donations by scanning the QR code on the ‘magic’ gold coins found on the tree in store.
James Baughan, regional director at Metro Bank, said: “Local charities have been hit hard during the pandemic and as a community bank, we hope that this donation will help make a difference in the lives of local children and their families.”
