CHILDREN’S author Lawrence Prestidge visited a Dorridge school to give pupils a masterclass in creative writing.
Pupils at Dorridge Primary School were treated to a creative writing workshop and assemblies with the Terror at the Sweet Shop author.
He was also on hand to answer any questions budding authors had and to sign copies of his latest book.
Catherine Biddlecombe, part of the school’s reading team, said: “Reading for pleasure, not just for learning, is key to school life at Dorridge Primary School.
“We are delighted to be able to begin welcoming visiting authors back into the school, bringing to life the wonderful world of literature to our children.”
