MEMORIES of years gone by in Balsall Common are on show in the library.
Residents have been invited to the Postcard from Balsall Common event, which runs until May 31, at the library in Kenilworth Road.
Visitors can also add to the exhibition and share their memories by filling out a postcard to peg on the washing line. A similar project ran in 2020 just before the pandemic hit when lots of new memories, information, and photographs were gathered.
These have now been included in the 2024 exhibition.
The library is open Mondays and Tuesdays from 10am until 1pm then 2pm until 5pm, Thursdays from 10am until 1pm then 2pm until 6pm, Fridays from 2pm until 5pm and Saturdays from 10am until 1pm.
There is free parking at the rear of the library, accessed on Station Road between Costa Coffee and Hampton Homes.
