Symphony Orchestra to present Spanish summer evening at Shirley Methodist Church

SOLIHULL Symphony Orchestra will be presenting a Spanish Summer Evening at Shirley Methodist Church this Saturday (June 25).

Featuring works by Spanish and Latin American composers, together with music inspired by Spain.

Conductor Jon Malaxetxebarria, who is from the Basque region of Northern Spain said: “I’m looking forward to sharing a taste of my homeland with the people of Solihull.

“Let’s hope we have some Spanish weather as well.”

The concert will begin at 7.30pm.

Tickets are available via the orchestra’s website (solso.uk/tickets), from the Core Theatre Box Office in Solihull Central Library (0121 704 6962) or on the door. There is no charge for under 16s accompanied by an adult.
