SWASHBUCKLING pupils at Solihull School have taken to the stage.
Year Six pupils put on ‘Pirates of the Curry Bean’ which was attended by more than 700 parents, grandparents, teachers, governors and friends of the school.
They also held a showing for pupils at Reynalds Cross School, which caters for children with learning difficulties.
The production, which was written by Craig Hawes, follows the lives of twins Jack and Liza on their adventurous journey to discover hidden treasure.
Mark Penney, head of Solihull Junior School said: “Pirates of the Curry Bean is a comical and expressive musical that suits all ages in the audience.
“I am very proud of all the pupils for putting on such an excellent show – it was a wonderful evening.”
