SOLIHULL Council have help on hand from a range of services over Christmas.

The Christmas season can be a difficult time of year for some people.

Birmingham and Solihull Urgent Mental Health Helpline – ring 0121 262 3555 or 0800 915 9292 for advice and support.

Birmingham and Solihull Women’s Aid – supports women and children affected by domestic violence and abuse.

If you, or someone you know, needs help or support, call 0808 800 0028, open 7 days a week 9.15am-5.15pm.

KOOTH (11-25 year olds) – Peer to peer support – 2pm-10pm during the week and6pm-10pm at weekends. Online counselling and support 24/7 –  www.kooth.com
