IN CELEBRATION of the cinema release of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, Touchwood welcomed superheroes from across Solihull for an Easter bonanza full of fun.
Bursting with special effects to help shoppers immerse themselves in the dark streets of Gotham City, the shopping centre hosted the man of steel himself on a tricky trapeze.
Lucky competition winners were also selected to attend a VIP screening of the film – complete with a red carpet and Touchwood’s very own caped crusaders.
Lucy Burnett, marketing manager at Touchwood, said: “We’d like to thank everyone that came along to our events during the Easter holiday period and helped make them truly super.
“Everything from the trapeze to the special effects helped transform Touchwood into a hero’s haven and we hope everyone had just as much fun as we did.”
Vigilantes who came dressed as their favourite superhero alter ego got to fly for free on Touchwood’s superhero bungee.
Everyone else was asked to donate towards the West Midlands’ very own superheroes, FAST AID – where over £280 was raised.
