SILHILLIANS who uncovered stamp collections during lockdown clear-outs and no longer want them are being asked to donate them in aid of the Marie Curie Hospice.

The Solihull Philatelic Society will be hosting a stamp fair at Lode Heath School on Lode Lane in Solihull on October 23.

From 10am until 4pm collections will be valued for free by philatelic auctioneer, Tony Lester where owners can choose to sell.

However collectors can also opt to donate their philately to auction, where lots will be sold in aid of the Marie Curie Hospice on Marsh Lane. The auction will be held in November 2022.

Admission to the event is free and there is free parking available.

For more contact Solihull Philatelic Society’s secretary, Paul Woodness, on 01564 776 879.
