STUDENTS at Solihull School are looking forward to a bright future after collecting their A level results.
The independent school saw 172 students sit their exams with 84 per cent of all grades A* to B and 61 per cent A* or A.
The school revealed 94 per cent of all students managed to obtain a place at their chosen university, all of the school’s Oxbridge applicants have been successful in securing their places, five students achieved 4 A* grades and a further 16 students achieved 3 A* grades.
Headmaster, David EJJ Lloyd, said: “These are some of our best ever results.
“I am incredibly proud of our students whose perseverance and resilience during such a difficult two years have helped produce such fabulous grades.
“The performance highlights the incredible dedication and commitment of our students and staff (teachers and non-teachers) alike.
“We wish all 172 students the very best of fortune whether they are about to embark upon university, an apprenticeship, a gap year or entering the world of work.”
